Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) –
Recent Graduate or Intern

 

In our modern general practice, the team at the medical practice of
Dr. med. Semun Abdili in Emmetten provides patients with competent and compassionate care across the full spectrum of family medicine.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join us in a permanent position starting November 2025 or by agreement as:

Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) – Recent Graduate or Intern

​

Your tasks:

• Welcoming patients as well as handling phone calls and appointment scheduling

• Supporting consultation and treatment organization

• Practice administration with electronic medical records (VitoMed)

• Blood sampling, laboratory work, IV insertions, digital X-rays, digital ECG, lung function tests (LUFU)

• Managing the in-house pharmacy

• Assisting with minor surgical procedures

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or interest in an internship/entry after graduation

• Enjoy working with patients, reliable, and responsible

• Strong organizational skills and a team player

• Very good command of German and basic knowledge of medical terminology

• Solid computer and internet skills

• Flexible, open-minded, and motivated to learn new skills
